My now husband surprised me with a trip to Paris in April 2010. This was a total surprise but I knew the moment we set foot in the Charles de Gaulle airport that it would be an extra special trip.

He proposed in front of the Eiffel Tower (hence my obsession with it). I wanted to create a fake (dummy) cake to commemorate our trip to Paris so I made a little chocolate Chococat (Hello Kitty’s friend) and added the landmarks and places we visited while on our trip.

Whenever I attend a cake show I like to bring this one along as the kids really take to it well.
