Very happy to have had the chance to make this cake for a dear friend I hadn’t seen in years. She trusted me to make her wedding cake back when I had only just begun my foray into cake decorating.

The shoebox is the cake, chocolate Guinness, a Nigella Lawson recipe and my go-to recipe to please adults and children alike.

My husband tried scanning the barcode (hand painted) and it came up “Product Not Found”, thankfully!

On to the next cake, October is a busy month! It’s also my birthday on the 17th. Who’s making MY cake?!
