I am happy to announce that I have a new toy (errr… work tool) – a digital SLR! Finally, no more low resolution, grainy, underlit photos of cakes taken with my iPhone – now I have the real thing, a fantastic camera. I will steal a technique (with pride) from bakerella.com and buy lots of scrapbooking paper in various colours and set up a  mini home studio to take photos in natural light. I will shoot my 100 Brigadieros tomorrow night this way.

Nat – now I really need some shooting lessons (and golfing lessons but that can wait until next year).
